Yorilo Host License

This agreement is between you and A2GROUP LLC ("we") for Yorilo for Mac (the "Software"). By installing or using the Software you accept it. If you don't, don't install it.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on Macs you own or are authorized to manage, for controlling them from your own iPad and iPhone.

2. Restrictions

You may not sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the Software; modify it or remove its notices; reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it, except where the law expressly allows this despite this restriction; or use it to access a computer without permission.

3. Permissions on your Mac

The Software asks for Screen Recording and Accessibility permissions so it can show your screen and accept input from devices you pair. You can revoke them in System Settings at any time; the Software won't work without them.

4. Updates

The Software may check this website for updates and offer to install them. Updates are covered by this agreement unless they come with different terms.

5. Open-source components

The Software includes open-source components, such as iroh, under their own licenses. Nothing in this agreement limits your rights under those licenses.

6. Privacy

The Privacy Policy describes how the Software handles data.

7. Ownership

We and our licensors own the Software. You get only the rights in section 1.

8. Termination

This license ends automatically if you break it. When it ends, stop using the Software and delete it.

9. No warranty

The Software is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the extent the law allows.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from the Software. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Software, if any.

11. Export

You agree to follow the export laws of the United States and other countries that apply to the Software.
